Adrian oversees the long-term vision of the business in the UK and Europe. With over 25 years of experience in software product development, large programme delivery, and CxO level customer engagement, Adrian has established himself as a visionary and results-driven professional in the global commercial insurance and reinsurance sectors.

His entrepreneurial background and insurance knowledge makes him the ideal person to lead the team and advise each Mission Series.

Ian is responsible for identifying and recruiting new Mission Series heads and managing the ongoing commercial expansion of the business. With over 25 years of experience in sales and product management, Ian has held several senior management positions with specialist technology vendors and global banks, including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch & RBS.

As Chief Platform Officer John leads Mission’s expansion programme with responsibility for the underlying technology (known as the Mission Platform) and the growth of existing and new MGAs within the Mission stable. He is also responsible for developing business plans with new MGA candidates and leading Mission’s launch schedule for MGAs. John brings over 30 years insurance and reinsurance experience gained through his underwriting career with a Lloyd’s syndicate and from operational and delivery leadership roles with insurance technology firms.

Leveraging Mission’s unique MGA model and with his experience of establishing and running his own MGA, Neil guides aspiring entrepreneurs through the process of launching their MGAs in Ireland and throughout the EEA.

Neil joined Mission with 25 years of insurance experience gained in roles including Head of Broker Relations and Head of Liability Underwriting at Liberty Insurance and Founder and Managing Director of Blackrock Insurance Solutions, a commercial lines-focussed MGA based in Dublin.
