COMPLAINTS

We aim to resolve your concerns on an informal basis within three business days. However, if we are unable to do so we will carry out a full investigation and provide a Final Response within 8 weeks of the date that we receive your complaint.

The Final Response will provide you with information about the Financial Ombudsman Service should you remain dissatisfied. The Financial Ombudsmen Service is an independent dispute resolution body, that handles complaints between consumers and financial services businesses on an impartial basis. The FOS will only be able to consider your complaint, if you refer it to them within 6 months of the date of our Final Response letter.
